FAQs
This is my first drop-off, what do I do?
When you drop off your laundry with us, simply bring it to the Butler Laundry Co. window, located just inside Plaza Laundry.
You’re welcome to bring your laundry in a garbage bag or in your own reusable laundry bags—whatever is easiest for you!
When your laundry is ready, we’ll return it in the reusable bags you provided. If you didn’t bring a reusable bag, no worries! We’ll package your clean, folded laundry in our courtesy bags.
We also have reusable Butler Laundry Co. bags available for purchase if you’d like to have one for future drop-offs. π§Ίπ
Do I need to stay while my laundry gets done?
Nope! You don’t have to do a thing. Just drop off your laundry and let us take care of the rest. π§Ίβ¨
We’ll contact you when your order is ready, and you can pick it up anytime during our business hours. We wash, dry, fold, and package it—you just pick it up! π
What times do you offer Drop-off Services?
We offer drop-off service Monday–Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM–1 PM.
Need to drop off outside of those hours? Give us a call! We may be able to arrange a time that works for you. π§Ίπ
Why don't you offer services in my area?
At the moment, we’re only offering Wash & Fold services at our Moses Lake location. However, we have customers from all over the surrounding area who take advantage of our service!
If you’re not located in Moses Lake, don’t let that stop you from reaching out—we’d be happy to help if you’re in the area. π§Ίπ
What if I have delicates or special care items?
Any laundry that needs special care can simply be bagged separately. Just let your Butler know how you’d like those items handled, and we’ll make sure they’re processed according to your instructions. π§Ίπ
Do I need to sort my laundry?
The short answer is no—you don’t need to do anything! We can sort, wash, dry, fold, and package your laundry for you. π§Ί
If you have any items that require special handling, or you’d like certain items washed separately (or not washed together), simply bag those items separately and let us know your instructions. We’ll make sure they’re processed exactly as requested. π
What detergents do you use? Do they have harsh dyes or chemicals?
We offer several detergent and laundry care options to fit your needs. Our most popular choices are Tide and All Free & Clear. We also offer a selection of Molly’s Suds detergents, all of which are dye-free.
We also offer additional laundry care options, including Lysol Laundry Sanitizer, bleach, OxiClean, and stain treatments. And if you like your laundry to have a little extra freshness, we have a variety of in-wash scent boosters available as well. π§Ίπ
Just let your Butler know what you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Do you wash rugs?
Yes! We can clean machine-washable rugs. π§Ί
Pricing is based on the size of the rug. For rugs, we recommend leaving them with us for a couple of days to allow plenty of time for them to dry completely before pickup.
Just let your Butler know you’re dropping off a rug, and we’ll take care of the rest! π
Can you wash large comforters/blankets?
Absolutely! Whether you’re prepping your bedding for summer storage or getting everything fresh and cozy for the winter, or anything inbetween, we can handle all of your bedding laundry needs. ποΈπ§Ί
