When you book your first services with us you can leave your laundry in either a garbage bag or your own personal laundry bags. When we return your laundry, we will return it in the reusable bags you provided or in our courtesy bags. We do have reusable bags available for purchase if you would like to purchase them.

No, you do not. Simply leave your laundry in bags on your front porch and we will collect them. Don't forget to let us know how many bags we're picking up when you book your services. On day of delivery, we will return them to your front porch.

Our drivers pickup and deliver between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm Monday through Saturday. When you select our same day service option, we will deliver your order back to you by 9:00 pm the same day we pick up. These hours are subject to change, visit our scheduling page to confirm availability.

While we may not offer our pickup and delivery service to your area, we are partnered with several on demand pick up and delivery service providers. Simply select "Flex Pickup" when scheduling your services, our partner offering the lowest fee will pop up showing available pick up and delivery times.

We are always looking for new areas to expand to. If we do not currently offer services in your area please visit our contact us page to let us know where you would like to see us next.

If you have any delicates that should be handled separately from your regular laundry please put them in a separate bag clearly marked as delicates and place that bag inside your bigger bag. We also offer delicates bags for purchase. If you have a delicates bag you can simply place any delicates in that bag and place that inside your laundry bag.

All whites or brights that you would like washed with our brightening detergent must be separated into their own bag. We have an option to purchase a  white bag to indicate to us that those should be washed with the brightening detergent to make this process a breeze.

 If you have additional items that you would like washed separate from your other laundry you will need to sort those out into their own bag.
When placing your order you can include notes for special intructions such as washing towels separately, which items should be hung to dry or washing certain items on a different temperature than the rest. 

We offer several options to fit your needs. We use Tide, All Free & Clear as well as Mollys Suds detergents. Mollys Suds detergents are certified Cruelty-Free and are made with Vegan ingredients. Their natural fragrances are derived from natural plant essences and oils and are Safer Choice and ISO-9235 compliant, free of petrochemicals, solvents, dyes, and pesticides.

Molly's Suds products do not contain: Harmful Fragrances, Dyes, Cancer-Causing Contaminants like Formaldehyde & 1,4-Dioxane, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Optical Brighteners, Synthetic Nonylphenol Ethoxylates, Petrochemicals, Phosphates, Chlorine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), Phthalates, Parabens, Methylisothiazolinone, Cocamide DEA
